Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within three days, but it can take up to seven days during busy times.
We hand-make all of our products to order and make them to the highest standard, so please allow two weeks for your order to be made and shipped during busy periods like Christmas and sales.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for hygiene purposes. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind. Please note that in the terms of Australian law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. This includes not being able to claim a refund when an item goes on sale or is available at a discount after you have purchased it at higher price. Once orders are placed they are final they cannot be cancelled this is due to the fact all of these products are handmade to order.

Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

 

Damaged stock
All products are checked prior to packing. 
They are all wrapped to reduce the risk of damage during transit. If any items have been damaged in transit the courier is liable and you will need to contact them. If you need to contact Hello Sugar bath and body Desserts you must do so within seven days of receiving your items. Anything after seven days is no longer valid for exchange.
If items are damaged during transit please notify us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.
If your item is faulty, please contact us hellosugarbathbody@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will commence the process to rectify the situation.
