We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, however it can take up to 7days during busy periods.
All our products are made to order and are made to the highest standards so during busy periods (e.g. Christmas) allow 2 weeks for your order to be made and sent.

Returns
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for hygiene purposes. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind. Please note that in the terms of Australian law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. This includes not being able to claim a refund when an item goes on sale or is available at a discount after you have purchased it at higher price. Once orders are placed they are final they cannot be cancelled this is due to the fact all of these products are handmade to order. Any returns that are processed have a 30% restocking fee. 
 
 
Damaged Stock
All products are checked prior to packing. 
They are all wrapped to reduce the risk of damage during transit. If any items have been damaged in transit the courier is liable and you will need to contact them. If you need to contact Hello Sugar bath + body Desserts you must do so within 7days of receiving your items. Anything after 7days is no longer valid for exchange.
If items are damaged during transit please notify us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.
If your item is faulty, please contact us hellosugarbathbody@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will commence the process to rectify the situation.
